Floor Test Bags

Floor Test Bags are used for testing walkways, loading bridges, platforms, floors, decks and other structures. The self-supporting design allows the Floor Test Bags to be used in confined spaces and the load can be evenly distributed over the surface where the test takes place. The amount of water can be measured with a calibrated water meter, which is also available for sale and rent.

This system is used in a very wide range of areas and applications:

• Load testing of ramps, platforms and roofs
• Proof loading of bridges or gangways
• Temporary storage of fluids
• Buffer storage of water for load testing with water bags in places where water is not directly available.

Testing with water filled weights provides multiple advantages. The system provides flexibility by continuouisly controlling and monitoring the applied load, therefore makes it a safe and reliable solution. Also transportation is much more effective than conventional solid weights.  These bags are made of high quality PCV coated polyester material fabric, and therefore durable thus economical. These bags are available in a range from 1 upto 70 metric tonnes.
